Thrive Family Counseling is happy to share that both Chara Whiting and Brent Crane will be presenting at the free mental health workshop this Saturday, May 15, 2021 being put on by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The workshop consists of 4 hours of presentations with multiple options each hour for participants to attend in person or through Zoom. Join us to take advantage of this fabulous opportunity.

Brent has been asked to present on Improving Marriage for Men and will share tips and tools for understanding the distinct perspective that men bring to marriage and ways to understand appreciate the differences between the view's of men and women. He will share some practical tips for enhancing understanding and increasing satisfaction in your relationship.

Chara has been asked to present on Overcoming Depression. Gain understanding and build your ability to deal with this potentially debilitating challenge. Chara shares her expertise to help you move forward and better understand either yourself or loved ones that may be confronting depression.
